John showed up 15 min early with a smile on his face, showing that he truly enjoys what he does. I took care of some things inside and went back out 15 min later and he was just about done (front brake pads change). John was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, professional. Jimmi was phenomenal! I have been worried about my car and he was so kind, put me at ease, and got to work. I didn't even realize how quickly time had gone by until he was done. My car is running so much smoother right now (it hasn't sounded that clear in a while) and I'm excited to run errands and travel again in my own car.
