Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. I've often wished I knew a mechanic who I could trust to be honest and always professional, and Patrick fulfilled that wish. Will definitely be asking him to work on our cars in the future. Also, first time using YourMechanic — a top-notch, needed service.

I appreciate Matt's ability and knowledge. I understand the company not wanting their mechanics to work on cars that were previously worked on by the customer or another mechanic, but don't see that that is reasonable to expect, cars are likely to not have been worked on prior. The problem that led to this last repair was due to my having crisscrossed two connectors. Very unusual to have connectors in close proximity to each other that are the same and can plugged into each other. But I hat was my fault for doing this. I would recommend any mechanic take the car for a road test to be sure it is working correctly. Despite the obstacles, Matthew was very thorough in his troubleshooting and would recommend him as a mechanic. The company applies restrictions on communicating with their mechanics and I can understand why, but if Matthew and I had been able to be in contact sooner, we could have solved the problem earlier.

Once again Kevin is great. He knows what he's doing. Explains everything he does, shows how much it is. No hidden costs. Very detailed at his work. I will definitely be calling him again. Thank you! Nice person. 1st time using this service. I'm impressed. Now I have peace of mind. I can watch him work on my car. Very professional. Goes above & beyond to make sure the job is done right. Great on feedback on what maintenance I need next to keep my car running. I even asked if he could come early & he did. Definitely a positive experience.
