Dan is definitely someone I would contact again in the future if there is a problem with my vehicle. He was on time and extremely professional. It didn't take him long at all to get to the root of the issue I was having with my vehicle. I will strongly recommend him to family members, friends and co-workers.

He showed up on time, was there to fix and replace the spark plugs. Had an issue with them and asked why I needed them replaced. I explained why. He then informed me its not the spark plugs you need a new battery. He adjusted the service call and then stated my rear brakes are needing replacement and they can quote that and set up the next appointment. I think I have found my new service shop. Austin was personable, professional and thorough. He provided explanations of what he was testing. we talked through his recommendations, and he only recommended additional services that made sense and were due. I appreciate the honest approach and that he was on-time and in a great mood even while my service appointment was on Thanksgiving. Fully recommend and will be working with him in the future.
