Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. I've often wished I knew a mechanic who I could trust to be honest and always professional, and Patrick fulfilled that wish. Will definitely be asking him to work on our cars in the future. Jason was great - he fixed my brake light very quickly and easily and had the right replacement bulb on hand. He had all the right tools to do it while previously Jiffy Lube hadn't been able to do it since they didn't have the right kind of screw driver. Jason was also very friendly. This was such a great experience - saved me a ton of time vs. going to a service center - and got the job done. Much appreciated!
