Showed up early. My problem was simple enough, but I have no doubt in if I need something more extensive. Chethe can handle it professionally and in a timely fashion. Coming from a family of mechanics, I can appreciate the value of years of expertise.

He's a REALLY nice and REALLY friendly guy!! He showed up EARLY which I was not expecting - I appreciate that about him. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention. While he did not resolve my main issue, he asked me to track it and provide him with more information if I could. I look forward to seeing him next week.
