I was so glad to see Matthew, that I had to give him a hug as he was the third one that was sent out, and actually showed up. He listened to me as to what was going on with my car and he did his test to get the right part. He acknowledged other things that needed servicing and sent me a quote. I was on time for work too. I am so happy that he was able to service my car and I would like to call on him going forward.

Eliud was so great. He talked me through everything, explained all option without ever pressuring me to do anything. He worked to be sure I didn't have to spend money unnecessarily and was really patient and helpful. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or that he was doing anything other than trying to honestly help me. I will DEFINITELY be calling on him again. Way better than going to the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service.
