I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David. David is the fifth service person I've dealt with through YourMechanic, each one excellent--personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rubynelle Thyne

He was a great mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and great personality. He showed me the belt and what a good belt is supposed to look like. Which I would have never have known. Definitely way better than going to a shop, as I am a nanny, and trying to take kids and sit and wait for work to be done is a pain. I will definitely call Alex any time something goes wrong with my car. Thank you for a great experience!!!
