He had great customer service skills, and he made me feel very confident that he would solve my car challenges. He was so pleasant and happy that I almost didn't want him to leave. On time! professional,courteous, fast, knowledgeable. showed me the parts that got replaced and the ones that did not need replacing, and explained why. Superior service all around. It jsut so happened that I had some yard workers when he came, and I passed MY Mechanic business card on to one of them.
