It was a great experience. Lucas DeBarros was on time. He also called ahead of time to let me know that he would be there. He had great customer service skills, and he made me feel very confident that he would solve my car challenges. He was so pleasant and happy that I almost didn't want him to leave. He showed a genuine concern for my car problem and he was fast and efficient! I was so glad to see Matthew, that I had to give him a hug as he was the third one that was sent out, and actually showed up. He listened to me as to what was going on with my car and he did his test to get the right part. He acknowledged other things that needed servicing and sent me a quote. I was on time for work too. I am so happy that he was able to service my car and I would like to call on him going forward.

Scott was absolutely terrific with my low mileage but 11 year old kia!! During a brake replacement he found the pin in one of my calipers was stuck. Instead of making me buy a new set of calipers he spent a surprising amount of effort getting the pin unstuck. I can't thankyou enough. I work hard in a culinary job and have been missing the time my vehicle saves me in transportation. At the same time an extra four hundred dollars goes a long way for me and that is essentially what I was given by Scotts effort and expertise.
