Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. I have to wait on a part but that's not his fault. I am very pleased with his service. I also want to mention that Manuel at the call in number also provided excellent customer service. Mr Lewis was not only on time, he was a bit ahead of schedule (WOOT!!), my issue was handled in a very timely fashion AND he put air in a tire that was showing low. i WILL return for services in the future…with Mr Lewis!! THANK YOU

Came on time (a little early) but we were ready for him. Explained everything to my son, did diagnostic, cleared code. Excellent service. Very upfront with all information. We will use him again for my car and my son's.
