Jason was great - he fixed my brake light very quickly and easily and had the right replacement bulb on hand. He had all the right tools to do it while previously Jiffy Lube hadn't been able to do it since they didn't have the right kind of screw driver. Jason was also very friendly. This was such a great experience - saved me a ton of time vs. going to a service center - and got the job done. Much appreciated!

Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention. While he did not resolve my main issue, he asked me to track it and provide him with more information if I could. I look forward to seeing him next week.

Greg was awesome and super knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on before hand and after he was done and explained all of his recommendations that will benifit my car for the long run since I like to drive it around alot.
