Jose did the best he could under the conditions left for him by this company. On a note, I will never use YourMechanic again due to a consumer issue over a $38.00 part that is new and installed by Jose, but due to consequential findings of other issues, must be destroyed in order to fix the new issue. You will hear a lot of good things about this company, I have contacted the execs at YourMechanic and unless they resolve my issues with the larger issues, I will not be using them again. Sad for YourMechanic and their reputation over a $38 wholesale part.

I made 3 appointments from you guys one guy came twice with a fucking story each time on why he cant fix it. I'm not a mechanic but I know the simple stuff. Thank God For Jonathan showing up the 3rd time n giving me all the info i need n fixed the problem the way it should have been done the first time. But your first guy act like he cant take a nut out his damn self n couldn't do the job. Me trying to help Jonathan out I went to see wtf the first guy was talking about n I took the nut out my damn self Jonathan probably could of done it himself . Anyways Jonathan did his job anyways I went n got everything he needed n went did it and it was $100 cheaper. All I got to say is IF JOHNATHAN COMING THEN ITS GETTING DONE RIGHT! Thanks JThans again

Best service and mechanic experience I've ever had. First time he came out the part didn't fit right and he informed me it might be damaged. Went and got new part that fit perfectly and was super honest and straight forward through the whole process, while also not charging me another penny for having to do the process twice. Matter of fact the final price was LESS than the original quote online. Highly recommend and would use Brett again in a heartbeat!
