2018 Jeep Wrangler 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Fantastic service. I scheduled an appointment for a new starter in our Jeep thinking that was the issue. As requested by me Stephen installed a new one right on time and with excellent, friendly service. While the car started after he jumped the battery it did not start later in the day, which made me realize that the battery was the likely culprit all along. I scheduled a follow up appointment for the following morning and in the meantime set out to replace the battery myself. When Stephen saw I made a follow up appointment for the next day he instead came to our house right away and saw me taking the old battery out in order to buy a new one. I never had to go buy a new one, because he brought me one on his own and thus I was able to save time (and frankly money) because he brought one to me. All I can say is he went above and beyond. Excellent service and frankly an excellent human being. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

I'm giving Simon 5 stars because he was professional, on time, and could accurately diagnose the program. My misgivings about the experience have more to do with the fact that my transmission could not be fixed in the field, which I did not realize could be the case until after he told me. Wrench should have made that possibility more clear and saved me the cost of having Simon come out, but that isn't Simon's fault at all. Thank you, Simon.
