2004 Jeep Liberty 3,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Patrick was early and contacted me so I would know he was here. He was very patient and understanding when I had to run back to the store and exchange the parts. Autozone gave me the wrong roadie. Patrick noticed it and I had to leave to exchange the parts. While I was gone he submitted a quote for other items I need work done. We had chatted while he was getting started about doing non-engine related work. I told him about the areas I needed fixed and he put in the quote so I could see if and when I court get this work done.

Love you guys! John was able to effectively replace the alternator and proved the mew one is performing better than the old one. Other mechanics at shops have never even offered that before. Awesome.

My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm, and I sent a message at 2:15 pm providing my cell phone number, Peter called me at 2:18 pm letting me know he was running behind with a previous job. He arrived at 4:18 pm and got to work on my jeep. I know some people would be very upset with this late arrival. I honestly don't know how anyone could expect a mechanic to show up exactly on time and fix anything exactly as planned, so I was not dismayed. My original quote was $265.50. That changed to $313.35 due to an increase in parts. Again, maybe something that others might complain about, but the cost of OEM parts is not on the mechanic! Peter took his time with me and was patient in listening to my description of the problem and careful to diagnose and explain to my satisfaction. He got right to work, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job. I had an EVAP canister replaced on my 2004 Jeep. With over 150,000 miles it is not uncommon to have problems with the check engine light coming on and diagnosis codes of Evap Emissions errors. This problem has plagued me for quite some time and made smog certification a nightmare. No longer an issue for me. Codes are clear and the Jeep is running great! Peter also pointed out some other areas of concern that I will plan to address asap. I would recommend this service and Peter specifically. Very pleased with the service. I would suggest to anyone to check their expectations about the time frame for the appointment, and also prepare to be flexible on your expectation of the cost of parts. Other than that, you are in great hands with Peter Izaguirre - my new mechanic!
