Patrick was early and contacted me so I would know he was here. He was very patient and understanding when I had to run back to the store and exchange the parts. Autozone gave me the wrong roadie. Patrick noticed it and I had to leave to exchange the parts. While I was gone he submitted a quote for other items I need work done. We had chatted while he was getting started about doing non-engine related work.
