I HAVE ADJUSTED MY PREVIOUS POOR RATING TO A GREAT RATING AND NO I'M NOT UNBALANCED WITH MOOD SWINGS or BI-POLAR, BUT WAS A VERY FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED CONSUMER THAT WAS AT WITS END AFTER RECEIVING THE WORST CUSTOMER REPAIR SERVICE TO BE HAD! Corey the Mechanic was back on site tonight to finally complete the repair on my Jeep. Although, I have not yet driven it to determine if the stalling or cutting off is no longer an issue - the check engine light was no longer on nor did I hear the rough idling when cranked. Because I sincerely appreciate his openness, honesty and acknowledgement of the chaotic craziness that I endured this past week and his explaining where and how the disconnects and confusion occurred rather than making excuses and passing blame - that says a lot about his character and professionalism and as previously mentioned the fact that he was able to diagnose in 30 minutes what the dealership couldn't in 3 visits - also gives credit to his skills as a mechanic! THEREFORE, MY 360 DEGREE ABOUT FACE ON THE REVIEW WAS NOT DONE LIGHTLY, BUT WITH HEARTFELT CONSIDERATION OF EVERYTHING THAT OCCURRED FROM THE INITIAL DIAGNOSIS ON 11/22 - THE COMPLETED REPAIR TONIGHT 12/1. While I would definitely recommend Corey the Mechanic to family and colleagues - I have some definite feedback on Your Mechanics operating procedures when providing conflicting information to customers, lack of transparency, follow-ups or proactive communication with customers within a timely fashion - they would need to address and improve on these items BEFORE I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time I have utilized the services of Your Mechanic and want to express how satisfied I was with the professional work of Greg Fowler who completed a diagnostic and repair on the spot! I recently had an electrical issue with my 1998 Grand Cherokee and was anticipating some major issues after researching online not trusting a several work bids from some major auto repair chains. Gregg showed up early Saturday morning, was very friendly , professional and really knowledgeable on my issue. I really slept better the next night literally since my alarm was going off as a result of a bad door alignment. Greg also did a diagnostic check up and pointed out a few recommendations and even gave me a visual of a pending serpentine belt that was cracked. This is a big deal that I was not even aware. He gave me a work order quote that was really affordable compared to what any auto shop would provide but, also I trust that he is under Your Mechanic protection. When it comes to using fly by night mobile mechanics on Craig's list...buyer beware! I will continue to look forward to using Gregg and Your Mechanic to keep my Jeep running!
