Alfred is my Jeep Hero!!! He was in contact with me, through texts & email, from the minute I scheduled my appointment till the job was done! He showed up & immediately got to it. He asked me a few questions & never made me feel like an idiot. He confirmed the problem & then fixed it! He answered a million random questions I had. When he was done he left me with instructions on what to expect & gave me solutions & advice about future car service needs. He completed the whole thing in exactly the quoted time! I am so happy with this service & especially with "My Mechanic" Alfred! I am about to schedule a couple other services with him in the coming weeks. I fully recommend "Your Mechanic" to anyone with car trouble, no shop to work in or anyone who is into saving a couple duckets & getting guaranteed services

Brian is the most amazing, knowledgeable and experienced mechanic we have ever had. He has helped us many times with our 2 older Jeep Grand Cherokees and saved us from a potential dangerous situation involving a fuel pump that was leaking gasoline. A previous mechanic worked on it but apparently did not know what he was doing and left without telling us he was unable to professionally complete the job. Brian saved us! And, since then he has worked on both cars always providing the most expert service and solutions. I will never use another mechanic, if possible. Thank you Brian for always coming through for us.
