2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 87,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

By far the easiest appointment ever - I was at work so someone waited at my apartment with my Jeep. I got text alerts through the whole thing, and a receipt almost instantaneously once the work was complete and it was even a bit under the original quote amount. I called had called (in a panic) on Sunday afternoon, they scheduled according to my availability, and Duane got in, got the job done, and looked at some other things I might need to address in the future and their cost so I'm not looking at any big surprises. I'm never going back to another service.

I had some previous work done at a shop who advised me of an issue with my brakes that they quoted would be over $2000. I was recommended John by a coworker for a second opinion. I spoke with John upon arrival regarding what the shop was saying and he was immediately skeptic of their assessment. Once all was said and done, John was able to get me squared up at a fraction of the price under a far more convenient situation. He was on time and extremely friendly. I could tell he really enjoys what he does and feels strongly about positive experiences with his customers. I don't think I'll ever take my car to a shop again after this! Thanks John!
