Tim showed up early and had all the parts with him. He understood what was wrong and went right to work in inclimate weather. He got the job done in the right amount of time. He also went over the "bucket" list of things my car needed as I have a lot of deferred maintenance. Kenneth was great. He was punctual, conversational, and was willing to answer any questions I had. I had stayed beside to watch the whole process as I like learning and he showed/taught me how certain things worked. He also washed my driveway after finishing the job even though I was the one who insisted I would clean it up and said it was OK. I was also the one who insisted on having the work done on my driveway instead of the street.
