It was a endure to have Alfred work on my vehicle. After customer service and parts totally screwed up my initial appointment on Friday by not informing either myself or the mechanic that they could not get all of the necessary parts for my repair, it went smoothly. He was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing my serpentine belt and tensioner pully assembly which I had to scramble to locate at 5pm on a Thursday. He even went the extra mile and rescheduled the appointment and even got my bill lowered as well. Alfred we ds performance was off the chart in all aspects. I just wish customer service & parts were much better at communicating not just with the mechanic but me as a customer. Thank you Alfred on a job well done.
