Clarissa did a great job on my Infiniti front suspension! My Infiniti now handles and absorbs bumps like it should again! Clarissa took her time to do it right and consult with me, and also looked over the rest of the suspension, brakes, wheels and tires, etc to discuss any other necessary work. Theo was very easy to speak with. I feel like he went above and beyond. He was honest and completed the work in a timely fashion. I love that he came to me and was able to complete the work in my driveway! I asked him for another quote to get something else taken care of since this was such a good experience. He also reminded me that everything is covered under the YM promise. I can't believe I ever used a dealership when this is overall a better experience. Compared to the dealership quote, I just saved enough money to be able to do 5 additional repairs that I would not have been able to afford. I am so thankful to Theo and YourMechanic!
