The service comes with a report and photos, but I really appreciated the phone call afterwards. Paul provided information regarding the repairs that he found as well as noticeable work/damage to the car. While most of the mechanical repairs are fixable, it's not something I am interested to fix nor pay for now, nor would I want to deal with possible structural issues in the near or long term future. I also asked the dealer for the Carfax a few days prior. After receiving, I never bothered to double-check the VIN on the report to the car listed online assuming they had sent the right one because I had provided them the stock number of the vehicle. The Carfax they sent me was clean. Turns out, it wasn't the right one and it listed accidents.
