Andrew was on time and got the check engine light diagnosis figured out and did the winter service very timely. What I have to say next is no bearing on Andrew as a mechanic, but when the work is done at an apartment building without outside water available for the mechanic, the original booking questions could include whether water will be available or not, therefore the mechanic can adjust for this. Fortunately I was home to provide the water. Overall, I am happy with Andrew doing the work and also checking out and adjusting a rattle in my heatshield. I would definitely request Andrew in the future. No big deal, Andrew, but you forgot your rags under the car...😉
