2005 Hyundai XG350 7,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Awesome - first experience with Your Mechanic and first experience with Deuwn, and I wouldn't use anyone else. He had no problem working on my car even when I was away from home (left my car keys with apartment security guard and Deuwn took care of the details). He also had no problem calling a friend (whose phone number I had left for contact) with his after-inspection update when I was in an out-of-reach timezone. Good stuff all around - he realized during the repair that one of the parts didn't actually need repair, so he cut it out of the quote and I saved money. He even told me that I need new tires - which is a service that Your Mechanic doesn't provide.

Paul was very professional, arrived on time, noticed that a better battery was available for our car (which also saved us money) and he quickly went and picked up new battery and had it installed in a flash (everything complete in roughly 45 minutes, including picking up the new battery). Paul gave us a lot of confidence we had the right person working on our car and he was very nice and explained all that he was doing. Highly recommend - hope to have Paul again on my next job!
