Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car. I was there over 2 hours! That's the last time I go there! I highly recommend Wrench/ Your Mechanic and you will be pleased when Alfred works on your car. Thanks again for the great service!

This is the best service ever. They come to wherever you are and do the work which is convenient for me as I work from home. Kevin was on time for 7am appointment and finished quickly. Leaving my car in great shape! Thanks Kevin I will use this service again!
