Lucas was great. He made sure my brake pads were replaced that day even when the parts weren't delivered. He went to get the part himself and finished the job.

Benji was very helpful and honest. I would recommend him again. However, the billing system needs some work related to warranty work. Benji quoted me a new AC system due to the previous one not working correctly. The quote should have been $0 due to it being covered under warranty. I've been waiting patiently on a resolution.

Josh put a new starter in. I thought I needed one but he first made sure that was really the problem, which was appreciated and honest). His work was quick, and quite well done, gave me the old part and showed where it had failed. Thanks Josh (sorry for not doing this rating much sooner !!)
