Awesome - first experience with Your Mechanic and first experience with Deuwn, and I wouldn't use anyone else. He had no problem working on my car even when I was away from home (left my car keys with apartment security guard and Deuwn took care of the details). He also had no problem calling a friend (whose phone number I had left for contact) with his after-inspection update when I was in an out-of-reach timezone. Good stuff all around - he realized during the repair that one of the parts didn't actually need repair, so he cut it out of the quote and I saved money. He even told me that I need new tires - which is a service that Your Mechanic doesn't provide.

Phillip was helpful and knowledgeable and thorough, and did a great job explaining the issues to me, and was prompt and completed his work quickly. Thank you.

My experience was great Derrick came and he fixed what he needed to fix. Explain everything to me and I wouldn't mind having him as mechanic again.
