Honest, Knowledgeable and Efficient... Manuel took the time to go over and explain the work he did and what he came across during the inspection. With this being my first Hyundai, Manuel was very understanding and patient with ALL my questions and concerns as well as sharing his experience working on the same year/make/model as my vehicle which gave me comfort of knowing more about my car.
