2018 Hyundai Sonata 101,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

When I originally booked my appointment, the only time available was 5:30pm, but Peter called me around 2pm the day of and told me he would be in the area if I was available. He came to my work, fixed the bulb and was out of there in under twenty minutes. (The bulb had fused to its holder and had melted it a little, so it took a little longer than expected to change it out.) He joked that the paperwork would take the longest, and he was right! Booking the appointment was a breeze -- the hardest part was trying to find my VIN number on my car. I would 100% recommend Peter to a friend. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I can honestly say that I don't have anything negative to say about my experience.

The replacement of the power steering pump was an extremely tricky job. He was wonderful in getting it done, even as the sun set. My car runs perfectly again and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend

Nazareth was great. He took care of my immediate problem with my battery terminal replacement and did not try to sell me a new battery when it still wouldn't start, because he noticed that my current battery should still be under warranty and I might get it replaced at no cost if I went back to AAA. (I did & it was replaced free!) He and I agreed that I have not been taking super good care of my car, but he was never condescending or patronizing about it (both things I have experienced from mechanics in the past). He made straightforward recommendations for what I should get worked on next and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Made my day!
