I enjoyed the experience with Jose, he Did not take long to get to me, he asked a few questions about problems with the car, and then In no time he was right to work and was done within the appointment time. I am usually uncomfortable going to a mechanic, but with Jose being able to come to me I was able to get a set price for what I needed to be done without leaving home.

This was the first time i used YourMechanic.com. I received OUTSTANDING service. Rusty is professional, explains what he is doing, and inspects the car for other issues. I appreciated knowing what items need to be addressed in the future (brake pads, power steering pump leak, and a couple of other items). He was on time and communicated via text to clarify the work I needed done and the symptoms of the problem prior to beginning the work. He fixed the problem (fuel oil sender) and replaced the serpentine belt. The price was very reasonable when compared to a shop or the dealer.
