2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 82,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car. James took the time to walk me through oil burning issue that was going on and options to pursue and how each would work to address the root problem. He also provided some extra oil to get me by until I can schedule an oil change and other services.
