2004 Hyundai Santa Fe 141,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Had to have my Hyundai Santa Fe towed home on Sunday, May 28. I was advised that the issue was the “starter” and it needed to be replaced. We only have one car and this is Memorial Day weekend so most garages were not open. So searched “mobile mechanics” and based on the reviews I chose Your Mechanic and was able to schedule an appointment next day on Memorial Day. I found the communication to be excellent and the cost to complete the work was also reasonable considering I didn’t have to get the vehicle to a garage another day. On day of scheduled appointment I received a reminder and updates that he was on his way and was also provided with a map showing me his location. When John arrived, he was friendly, courteous and professional! He also provided some additional quotes for other maintenance and services. I would recommend John and will request his service when booking again!

Mr Collins was on time, courteous, answer all my questions that I had. Explained what was going on with my car so that I understood it. I appreciate the job that he did.

Josh put a new starter in. I thought I needed one but he first made sure that was really the problem, which was appreciated and honest). His work was quick, and quite well done, gave me the old part and showed where it had failed. Thanks Josh (sorry for not doing this rating much sooner !!)
