Imagine my frustration when I come out of a store and my car is dead. I knew it couldn't be the battery as it was a year old, but never know I guess. I remembered that I used this service before and I went ahead and booked another appt. I was booked for 5:02 pm and the time was around 3p., waiting two hours is better than trying to get it towed and maybe looked at next week sometime. My assigned mechanic, Joe, actually showed up 45 mins before the appt and replaced my starter for me in about an hour. I got on my way home before 5:45! I was a happy customer. Thank you Joe, and hope you got home to enjoy your football game, because you deserve to relax. Thank you again.

DON'T LEAVE THE MECHANIC ALONE! NO MATTER WHICH MECHANIC YOU'RE ASSIGNED. This is a tough one because I am sure that Travis is a great mechanic, but it's the practices of the organization that I have a problem with. I specifically requested brake pads to be done. I knew that my rotors could be turned and would not need to be totally changed out until the next time my brakes needed changing. Travis arrived on time and according to my husband he was very courteous. My husband walked away and Travis proceeded to do the work. When the work was done it turns out that Travis changed my rotors and my breaks and he never reached out to me (or my husband) to state that he would be changing the rotors. It would seem to me that although my job stated pads only, he brought rotors with him and had every intention of putting rotors on causing my bill to be $90 more than I expected. I reached out the to company and it would appear that they have a very stern position on battling with the customer when they know that they're wrong. It took 3 phones calls and me standing my ground for them to offer at least 50% of the increased amount back, and instead of them taking it from their pocket they took it from Travis, and on top of it, my brakes still had/has a squealing sound when I stop. I would imagine that this should go away with new pads and rotors. If you decide to use this company DO NOT leave the mechanic alone. I recommend that you stand there and watch them. I'm very disappointed with the company.
