2018 Hyundai Santa Fe 116,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My appointment was between 1:00pm-2:00pm. Even though Robert was only going to be a little later then 1:00pm he called to let me know what his ETA was going to be. Robert did a through inpection on my car and broke it down so I would understand everything that is going to be on the estimate, which was very much apprieciated. I have to admit in all the experience's I have had with mechanic's, this has been by far the best.

Chris was very accommodating to come to my car at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Although the appointment was only for diagnostics of a check engine light on, Chris not only determined the problem but saw there was an easy solution and just fixed it outright. He also noticed some slightly larger issues, unrelated to the check engine light, that I should be aware of and notated those for future attention. Chris explained what he was doing at each step, and used plain English to describe it to me. This was a far more comfortable experience for me (non-mechanical) than going to a shop, and I definitely would call upon Chris again
