2013 Hyundai Equus 80,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

When I originally booked my appointment, the only time available was 5:30pm, but Peter called me around 2pm the day of and told me he would be in the area if I was available. He came to my work, fixed the bulb and was out of there in under twenty minutes. (The bulb had fused to its holder and had melted it a little, so it took a little longer than expected to change it out.) He joked that the paperwork would take the longest, and he was right! Booking the appointment was a breeze -- the hardest part was trying to find my VIN number on my car. I would 100% recommend Peter to a friend. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I can honestly say that I don't have anything negative to say about my experience.

Dellanos is a superb professional with great customer service skills. He informed me ahead of time that he was running late and the approx time he would arrive. As a military officer I can def appreciate someone who values my time and portrays a good sense of service and duty. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade; teaching and showing me about my car prob and potential prob to look for. I appreciate his love for what he does.
