My experience with Nick was truly exceptional. He's going to be my go-to mechanic from now on. He arrived earlier than my appointment time, and took extra time to explain to me what was going on with the misfirings, and how there was some oil leakage in the valve area, but that he had seen worse. The information that he provided me was more than I expected. He went above and beyond by not only providing recommendations, but also prioritized what I absolutely needed to repair due to safety issues, and items that what were just basic maintenance at 120,000 miles that was specific to my car (which he looked up and verified and showed me). He walked through every line item on repair maintenance quotes, and he was very jovial and informative. Great interpersonal and customer service skills. I can't wait to recommend Nick to my friends and family, because I'm so overjoyed and relieved I finally found a mechanic that I trust!!! Thanks for providing such exceptional service, Nick!!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Henry Drummond as my mechanic this afternoon! I would have loved to have spoken with him one-on-one but, due to the coronavirus and some major health issues I am dealing with, I have not been in contact with anyone except for the family who lives in my home for the last eight months. Henry was quite knowledgeable, was professional, polite and very, very nice. One of my three required belts was incorrect so he actually offered to do me the favor of visiting my local auto parts store (roughly one mile from my home) if I would give him the money to purchase the right one. I couldn't hand him the money fast enough! He was back in ten minutes, completed the job and left me with my change from the purchased belt. The man is honest and is a gem. What more can I say? All mechanics could only WISH that they were 25% of the mechanic that Henry is! Oh, I nearly forgot. Henry phoned me as he was completing his last job and gave me an estimate as to the time that he would be arriving at my home. Are you kidding me?? THANK YOU, HENRY! HAVE A BLESSED DAY AND I PRAY THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS SAFE AND HEALTHY!!!
