My experience with Duane was AMAZING. He arrived early to our appointment, was very professional and was very knowledgeable as I do not know much about cars. He was funny as my breaks were screeching so bad that it got to the point where I was embarrased to drive. He explained to me what he was going to do, how and why. He answered all my questions fully and then emphasized his loyalty to providing great customer service. Christopher arrived on time as scheduled - got to work quickly. He went thru and found a temporary fix for my issue until I could get him scheduled to do the full extent of the work. I had only booked him for an inspection to see what the issue might be. His work potentially may avoid me an excess of costs for now, so I am hopeful when he completes the rest of the work it will be good to go. Also was able to schedule him to come back out on Sunday - which was great not having to re-book someone online.
