Aaron was punctual and polite. He also was able to identify another issue closely related to the issue I submitted. He listened to my description of the problem and immediately knew where to look. He then showed me the damage to a different part and got the authorization to replace that as well. He went out of his way to make sure my car was safe and fully repaired. Thank you Aaron!

I appreciate how thorough Shawn is. He will troubleshoot an issue starting with the easiest to reach solution and won't try to convince you that the problem is worse than it is just to score some extra bucks.
