Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. Professional, arrived on time and completed the inspection within an hour. Thorough review of the car and excellent report on every detail.
