I have never been so impressed with a mechanic. James was very knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to show me what parts on the car needed to be replaced and why. I wouldn't have received the level of service James provided at ANY auto repair shop. He was great in every aspect. Scott was knowledgeable, kind and personable! I had an afternoon appointment but he was able to come earlier so he called to see if I was available. I had a dead battery, but Scott made sure nothing else could be wrong and checked everything that could be affected by a dead battery. When he finished he updated me and made sure I knew what was happening and what my next step would be to keep my car healthy.
