I really appreciate my buddy Shawn. He has helped me now quite a few times in the last few years. I'm pretty handy and do what I can when I can, but he has given me advice and help above and beyond what I have asked. Recently, I had an issue with my daughters car in which I thought was an issue with the radiator since it was leaking coolant. Apparently the issue really had to do with the water pump drive belt which I couldn't see since the motor is do tight. Turns out that the issue was not as complicated since the coolant leaking was due to the relief valve operating correctly and he saved me a ton of money. I was taken back since I never really took the time to investigate the issue more thoroughly, had I realized what the real issue was, I would have probably not needed the help. The radiator is really a pain to remove in a Honda Fit which is why I called Shawn in the first place. His knowledge and common sense quickly resolved the issue, and we went from an $800 repair to a $200 repair. I truly thank him for his honesty and commitment to great customer service. We will continue to be loyal customers as long as he is repairing vehicles. Good mechanics are hard to come by. Thanks buddy!
