Ben called and got permission to come early. He went very professionally about replacing the brake pads. Finished quickly and cleanly and the brakes work fine.

John was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment time and it worked out perfectly. He was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns and was friendly and easy to talk to, which for we women, is appreciated as, that isn't always the case when a female is discussing 'mechanics'. He did a great job and gave me the peace of mind I needed.

He’s not a big talker. He probably would rather be under the hood than deal with my questions. I can’t blame him. Who would? I don’t like overly friendly service people anyway. It’s fake and i don’t trust someone like that. He diagnosed the problem spot on and fast. It was the Timing belt of course. It seems so obvious now duh. The car is a piece of junk. Those are my words not his. He had a poker face but I kind of think he agreed. I would trust him again and use him anytime. I won’t be expecting a Christmas card from him though. That’s real.
