Great experience...wasn't expecting him until next day but called and said already had parts and wanted to see if could come knock the work out early...I was like of course and was happy with the overall service I received!! Car troubles are always a bummer, but my experience with Nate was excellent! His diagnosis was efficient and thorough, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and concisely. Luis was not just great he was awesome he was on time he was hours before time like I asked if he had a availability before 3:00 he was here at 10:00a.m. and I blessed God for him he was not just a good mechanic but he was professional he explained everything that he did as well as taking time to look to see what else was going on with my entire vehicle. Therefore I consider him to be top of the line. Luis was not rushing he was not on his cell phone he was focused on what he was doing and it did not take him the whole hour to do something that we leave our cars with when ask other mechanics to do for two and three days at a time. Thank you Louis I appreciate you, I will use you again and I will request your service every time to service my vehicle. Once thank you for being a Major Blessing to me, you deserve a raise and an increase in your position. You display actions of a well experienced mechanic and you choose to take time with not just the vehicle but with your customers verbally be in encouraged!
