Caz was wonderful! He was running late, but he notified me and it was much appreciated. When he arrived he was very thorough, competent, and personable. I was recommended a repair from auto zone, which he said he would do, but did not appear to be the problem. I had a faulty alternator previously replaced. He caught that it was an issue with the part and informed me that part was under warranty. He had nothing but praise for the mechanic that installed it, he was positive that he did excellent work, and that it was the part itself. I have used the previous mechanic before and I agree he is also great(Tinashe]. I appreciated the time, explanation, not taking advantage of me and having me do the unnecessary repair, and also recognizing the issue was under warranty. Such a huge weight has been lifted and I am grateful for his honesty and for not giving me the chance to doubt the mechanic I have used in the past. Stand up guy, highly recommend!

He’s not a big talker. He probably would rather be under the hood than deal with my questions. I can’t blame him. Who would? I don’t like overly friendly service people anyway. It’s fake and i don’t trust someone like that. He diagnosed the problem spot on and fast. It was the Timing belt of course. It seems so obvious now duh. The car is a piece of junk. Those are my words not his. He had a poker face but I kind of think he agreed. I would trust him again and use him anytime. I won’t be expecting a Christmas card from him though. That’s real.
