Mr. Terrence did an excellent job diagnosing the source of the engine noise I was hearing. After examining my vehicle thoroughly and performing some tests, he explained that my recently replaced power steering pump was making a noise that a brand-new power steering pump should not be making. Mr. Terrence spoke to me in plain language I could understand. He recommended I return the new pump to the repair shop that sold it to me and ask for a replacement at no cost. Awesome! Was quoted almost $1000 at other places, problem with power steering! Did a little research and found it was a known issue and new what part needed replaced. Cost us just over $400. Will definately book with them again
