Booked Rodney as my 1st ever mobile mechanic .. But was called off to work in the middle of the night. Have some 18 & 19yo at home , so left them (reluctantly) in charge . Rodney showed up 30 min early , made a thorough inspection , documented everything in HD photos for an email report , and mede a series of photos when replacing the Starter as well. Everything exactly as quoted. What he found during nthe the inspection wasn't surprising , and he forwarded a Work order to me which showed how much it would take to replace the engine bracket when I was ready to. Great experience, well and quickly done.

Upon arrival, he assured me he would conduct a thorough inspection to determine the source of the problem. He systematically investigated and was able to find and correct the issue. I was especially grateful because of the challenges that the corona virus would present if I had to take the car to a dealer. I have already scheduled additional work on my car due to the convenience and the expertise of the mechanic!
