2000 Honda Insight 37,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

We were very blessed to have Clarissa as our mechanic. She was everything that I would have hoped for in a professional that would service our vehicle. She was early, kind, and knew her stuff! She answered all of my questions and was never bothered with the interruptions of our family. Clarissa was great with our kiddos. She also went the extra (two!) miles when things out of her control took longer than expected, all with a great attitude. We hope to see her again, even outside of fixing our cars! We will certainly request Clarissa for any future automotive work on our vehicles.

David was early to our appointment (so refreshing!). He really listened to my thoughts about what was wrong with the car and then did his diagnostic in exactly 30 minutes. He showed me what the likely problem was, what exact part I needed, and precisely how to fix it myself. Fantastic!

Amazing! I love the fact that he showed up early, that's always a plus in my book. He troubleshooted the issue until pinpointing exactly what was wrong. Brett also allowed me to ask questions and told me what he was doing/trying to find out. I appreciate his ability to work quickly and thoroughly to discover what the issue was. I'll definitely request Brett again for any service.
