He was punctual - on time and very professional. It originally was supposed to take 1-2 hours but ended up being about twice as long because he ended up having to fix other things and not just the belt. But he was great about it. His report about my vehicle and what I might need to get fixed in the future was super helpful.

Luis was excellent to work with, he figured out my battery terminal was loose and used a spacer for old terminals to get a firmer connection/clamp. He did all this in 5 minutes. He also clearly explained what to keep my eye on in future that will likely need repairs. Best mechanic I've ever worked with.
