2009 Honda Civic 40,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

John was very likeable and friendly. Unlike most mechanics I have dealt with in the past, John let me know exactly what he working on at that moment, building trust that you just don’t see in today’s auto services. He worked super fast. Finally, as a person who is super busy in my own right, it was great to see how punctual John was. He was on time for my 7am appointment, trudging across the Bay Bridge early. Anyone who lives in the Bay Area knows that you have to time your travel across the Bay Bridge just right in order to get to the East Bay without being late. A+++ work and service.

Came out a little early (after a very polite phone call to make sure it was ok) was super friendly, knew exactly what my problem was and gave me my bad news in a way that made it not so bad  great guy

Leslie was wonderful! It was my first time using this service. My car wouldn't start and a couple local places with mechanics were booked till August and didn't even quote me after emailing and calling when I had to move out of my place by the end of July. Very professional and came in early! Expected time to replace a starter is 2-4 hours, and he did it in 2. He'll be the first person I recommend to my partner and friends.
