Based on the condition of the fluids, he recommended that one of the fluids did not require a full flushing out, so he took about an hour off the labor cost for this service, I appreciate that and was done very quickly. He also summarized the overall condition of the car after that. Apart from all that, I noticed that he wasn't wearing a mask. But he maintained the other social distancing protocols.
